I’m writing to complain about a hotel I booked through Priceline. The stay was unacceptable and extremely distressing, and I’m disappointed this property was offered on the site. Had I known its actual condition, I never would have booked it. The room smelled strongly of cats and urine, had no heat, towels, or washcloths, and didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned or maintained. The microwave, kitchen area, and refrigerator were visibly dirty, and the shower curtain had mildew. When I brought up these problems, the staff were rude and disrespectful, dismissing my concerns instead of addressing them. This place doesn’t meet basic standards for cleanliness or customer service and doesn’t deserve a star rating. I’m asking Priceline to investigate the property immediately, make sure I’m never booked there again, and provide appropriate compensation or another resolution. Please take this seriously. No customer should have to deal with these conditions. I look forward to a prompt response.

We were just passing through, so the one night was enough. The room was cheap, but honestly it should've cost even less. There were no trash cans, and with roaches around, leaving rubbish in a corner seemed to invite them over. The front desk employee wasn't much help either. In our double queen room there was only one towel and two washcloths. And don't move the furniture to look for an outlet unless you're ready to find more than you expected.

I booked through a third-party site, so I stayed instead of leaving because I wouldn't have gotten my money back right away. That was the only reason. The room was $75 a night, though the app brought it down to $50. Front desk staff seemed okay at first, then weren't helpful when I asked for clean sheets and pillowcases, so I ended up buying my own. The replacement room still had no TV remote and beer bottles behind the bathroom door. The first room had roaches crawling on the bed as soon as I walked in. The place was dirty, the pest problem was awful, and the service made me miserable. I would've been better off in my car. Never staying here again.

The room had no blanket, just sheets, and the two pillows were really flat. I didn't ask for anything because the check-in clerk had barely said a word to me, not even hello. The shower curtain felt slimy along the bottom, and there were spots around the tub. Check-out was just as silent, with no good morning or safe travels. I won't stay at this hotel again.

The room had several problems: no smoke detectors, one bed without a blanket and with only one pillow, and a light that wouldn't switch off unless we turned the bulb. The door had a gap that let in a draft, but we couldn't use the heat because it was clogged with lint. The sink faucet was loose, so I had to hold it while turning the knob to adjust the temperature. Then my key card failed and locked me out. When I got upset about it, the man at the front desk threatened to kick me out in the middle of the night, even though I hadn't threatened anyone or damaged anything.
