It's right by the huge highway, so there's some noise. Still, it works well for a quick reservation, with easy access on and off and gas stations nearby. The rest was good.

Total rip-off, rude front desk, and the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Save yourself the hassle and don't stay here.

The beds were incredibly plush, and the rooms look modern after recent renovations. The staff were friendly and attentive too. It's right off the freeway and easy to find. This roadside gem impressed me. Cheers to the staff, and may GOD bless them!

My father and I were in town for vacation, but we never got keys to a room and can't comment on the inside. There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived, and we were told the wait would be 30 minutes. After what felt like forever, still no one came to help. Outside, someone was throwing gang signs at us, which didn't feel welcoming or reassuring. We left and paid for another hotel rather than wait another 30 minutes to an hour to check in, and we didn't want to risk being shot. Staff denied that the desk had been unattended, refused to review the cameras from when we arrived, and wouldn't refund us for a room we never used and couldn't access. Other reviews also make the room cleanliness sound awful. This is the worst hotel, more of a motel, you could stay at. Pay $20 more for somewhere 1-2 miles away. The headache isn't worth it. DO NOT BOOK!!!

The rooms are basic but clean, and management and staff are friendly and accommodating. Freeway traffic is audible, but bearable, even in the back where it's loudest. Food is only a few minutes away by car, and Morongo Casino is five miles away. I really like this place.
