Mike and Amber went well out of their way to get us comfortable. When the A/C thermostat gave us trouble at check-in and they didn't have a spare, they put in a whole new A/C unit. Earlier, Stephanie at the front desk quickly sorted out an issue with our third-party booking app, which had kept us from reserving the whirlpool tub room. The whole property is scheduled for a remodel by the end of 2026, so that makes the experience feel even more promising. Great service from the team.

After a long drive, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the place was. The room prices weren't too high, and I ended up with a huge, well-kept suite. The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, accommodating and friendly. It was an amazing interaction after being on the road so long.

The big moving truck and long trailer were a little tricky to park, but the staff helped us make it work. They were very kind and accommodating. Free breakfast and comfortable beds too. Did the job!

For work trips, this has been a reliable place for me. My stays are consistently comfortable, smooth, and hassle-free. There's plenty of food and shopping close by, which makes the location convenient on a long trip. I'll keep coming back.

The rooms were spacious, the bed was awesome, and we all got a really rewarding night's sleep after a long day of Thanksgiving shopping. It's close to the big Desert Hills outlets, which made it a perfect family stop. Staff were courteous and coffee was unlimited. Very comfortable stay, and I'd happily come back with family or as a couple.
