The quick service and the water pressure were nice, and the room had a hairdryer, microwave, and small fridge. We booked a two-bed room while visiting family, and the price made me feel relieved since hotel and motel rooms usually aren't that comfortable for me. It was pretty calm for the most part. I was a little thrown by what looked like cigarette burns on the top sheet, but it wasn't too bad. Parking was a bit packed, though nothing California hasn't seen.

The highway is close enough that some noise is inevitable, which is the main downside. Still, I've stayed here several times while enjoying Morongo Casino, and haven't had any problems. The rooms have been clean, the price is very affordable, and every staff member I've met has been friendly and attentive to the vehicles coming onto the property.

Traffic noise went on all night since the motel is less than 50' from hwy 10. The toilet lid didn't fit well, and flushing was difficult, a minor annoyance. Check-in was awkward too, since the person at the desk didn't know where my room was. The room itself was clean and modern, and most things worked well. There was plenty of hot water, plus a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Parking seemed plentiful. Pets are allowed, but cost an extra $25.

The manager working the evening of 2/3 was such a sweetheart, though I didn't get her name. The room was clean and well-stocked, and both the room and service were amazing. Thanks for the help and wonderful stay!

Cleaning and room service were good, but the stay had a few problems. It took 45 minutes to check in, with just one person at the desk during the 3 p.m. check-in time. That didn't seem planned out well. The room smelled like cigarettes or weed even though it was non-smoking, and there wasn't a do not disturb sign in the room. The freeway made the rooms noisy, and downstairs you could hear everything from upstairs and next door.
