Highbrook Motel

Breakfast came right to our room each morning, which was a lovely touch, and the afternoon chocolate chip cookies were a treat. The shared snack room was free and stocked with drinks and goodies. We spent four nights here recently and really liked it. Check-in and checkout were easy, the room was VERY clean, and the bed was comfortable. It's well placed for visiting Acadia and Bar Harbor. We'd happily recommend staying here.

You can catch the shuttle right outside the motel, which means there's no need to drive everywhere. The location is close to all the things we wanted to see and do. We stayed last summer and had a great time. The rooms were immaculate, and Adam and the staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Can't wait to return!

The shared area was handy at any hour, with coffee supplies, bottled water, soda, microwave popcorn, and ice. Chocolate chip cookies showed up in the afternoons, and shuttle schedules were posted there, including the nearest pickup for the Eden shuttle. Breakfast was another highlight: we ordered online the night before and chose a 7:30, 8:00 or 8:30 delivery slot. We overordered on day one, but the leftover scones and fruit went with us to the park for lunch. After that, we ordered about the same breakfast each day and saved ourselves from buying an expensive lunch out. Supplies requested through the online form arrived at our door within minutes, and while there isn't an office staffed on site, online responses were very quick. Our Deluxe King room was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed and lots of space. We could spread out and use the small table for both laptops while planning activities and meals. We booked four nights over Labor Day weekend and couldn't have been happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and we'd stay again whenever we're back in the area.

The online photos are an accurate picture of the Motel. Ordering breakfast or supplies was easy, and coffee, tea, soda, and water were always available. We chose Highbrook Motel as our base for visiting Acadia National Park, and it was perfect. So CLEAN, and the location worked great for both the park and Bar Harbor. We'd 100% stay again!
