Thomas, the assistant manager, told me about the cleaning routine, and I tried to find dust on places like the top of the refrigerator and cabinets. Nothing. The rooms were that clean. Eric, the general manager, has also made several exceptions for my last-minute bookings and let me keep the same room for weeks at a time. Twice, after I checked out for the week on Friday, I got a call on Saturday asking whether I needed a reservation for the next week. That’s amazing customer service. I travel for business a lot, and this has become my go-to in coumbus, especially with my extreme work schedule and how particular I am about where I stay. Most hotels only do a surface clean and miss the cracks and crevices. The general manager and assistant manager run this place like a well oiled machine. It’s hard to find this kind of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer service these days. Kudos to you both for setting a standard in this area of Columbus. A few things I don’t understand about this hotel: why is everyone so dang helpful? That’s sarcasm, in case it wasn’t obvious.

We drove four hours and arrived late at night, so we didn’t meet the staff, but the thoughtful anniversary welcome gift still made us feel touched. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. It was perfect for us. We hope to come back.

The clean, well kept facilities and central area with a grill and fire pit made the place feel more like home than a hotel. Eric, the general manager, and the whole staff have been exceptional from my first day. They greeted me warmly every day and handled any concerns quickly. When the air conditioning went out, they promptly found me another room.

Christina is a breath of fresh air, and her customer service was great. The whole staff was amazing. I spent a week here for work, and both the room and the location were just right. This is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Columbus and recommend it to others.
