We spent three nights in the Queen Charlotte room at Ashley Manor and would happily give the place 10 stars. The suite sits in its own wing, so it felt like we had nearly half the ground floor to ourselves. It was roomy, nicely decorated, had the modern touches we wanted, and the jacuzzi tub was a treat. We chose the “Romance and Indulgence” package, which came with plenty of goodies. The champagne welcome and bottle of wine with a cheese board were especially nice, and Keith’s fresh bread was amazing. Breakfast was great every day too, with well-sized two-course meals, coffee, fresh juice choices, and the warm hospitality of people who clearly love doing this. We’d absolutely return.

Allison and Keith made us feel welcome and took care of everything. The breakfasts were delicious, and our King George room, along with the shared spaces, had a lovely understated look. We slept very comfortably and were glad to have a working fireplace on the chilly nights. We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to the Cape.

We had breakfast delivered just outside our room each morning, and it was so good. The warm banana bread with extra chocolate chips was my favorite. Keith and Allison were friendly, gracious hosts throughout our stay. We booked the Queen Charlotte suite at Ashley Manor for our fifth wedding anniversary, and it felt private and just right for a romantic break. There was a king bed, a jetted tub for two, and a newly renovated walk-in shower. They also left us a bottle of champagne for the occasion. I’d definitely recommend this B&B for a stay on the Cape.

Breakfast was what I looked forward to every day. Keith and Allison put real thought into each meal, with a health-conscious touch that still left plenty of flavor. They also gave us a history lesson about the house and its architecture, along with ideas for must-sees around the Cape. Those personal touches made a big difference. Ashley Manor itself is beautiful, full of history and thoughtful details. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the shared areas had special touches too. Its central location makes it easy to get around Cape Cod within about an hour, or you can stay in and relax by the fireplace in your room. We had a wonderful experience.

We came back to Ashley Manor 26 years after our first visit, when my wife and I were dating, and the new owners really impressed us. Kevin and Allison were attentive and accommodating, even though we were their first guests this past weekend. They brought a bit of California flair to the Cape and made sure we had a stay worth repeating. It’s a beautiful, cozy bed and breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, Allison made a terrific crust on her quiche, and Kevin’s homemade bread was warm and tasty. We definitely won’t wait another 26 years to return.
