The floor in our room was so uneven that every step felt like my feet were at a different height. After four nights, I still couldn't get used to it. It was confusing and really annoying. We also had a lot of noise from upstairs: footsteps, squeaky boards, TV sounds, and sometimes voices. One night there was what sounded like a loud party close to midnight. We called the desk, and they must have spoken to the guests because it got about 90% better soon after. The internet kept changing, with a few minutes of decent speed followed by slow service or long dropouts. Breakfast was included, with waffles, bagels, mini muffins, cereal, tea, coffee, and juice. There’s a hot tub and pool, plus a large square parking lot behind the building that might fit a travel trailer or camper.
