Fairfield Inn & Suites Batavia

The kindness from the staff has meant so much to us. My husband is being treated for PTSD at the VA hospital nearby, and each time we come, they make sure we get a room that isn’t too loud for him. A noisy person in the next room bothered me once, and the lovely woman with blonde curly hair moved me right away. I was alone and felt safe. Safety is my number one concern these days, and the way they treat you feels like how hotels used to. Even the cleaning staff goes above and beyond. I’ve stayed at four other places in the area and was treated rudely, even while paying $300, like I was dirt. I’ve always been more of a Hilton person because of their military discount and safety, but this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in 40 years. Thank you for being kind, Mr.Author, and apologies to the lovely woman with the blonde curly hair, I was half asleep when she helped me.

The breakfast was just okay and could be better, but the service made the stay a very positive one. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, and even arranged an early check-in, which I really appreciated. I had a great stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Batavia and would definitely come back.

We left a device in the room, and Arthur at the front desk remembered us and kindly shipped it back to our home. The staff were extremely accommodating. Our room was clean, and breakfast was delicious with a lot more than the usual continental spread. Five stars!

I’ve been staying here while working in the area, and the staff have been really friendly and accommodating. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. It’s kid-friendly and works well for a work trip or any kind of traveler. I’d recommend it and give them 100 stars if I could.
