La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Batavia

The pool was warm, and the gym was clean, though it had less equipment than gyms at other hotels. Everything else was clean too, and the staff were professional and friendly. The location next to the highway was OK, and it wasn’t especially loud. The shower was odd and hard to turn on, and getting hot water was hit or miss. My only real complaint was that the room had no spare pillows or blankets. I’d stay again and bring an extra blanket :)

Maria at the front desk quickly helped us change our room’s location and really went above and beyond. We’ve stayed at La Quinta in Batavia twice now, and both times the hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. Great hotel!

We were glad the pet fee was only $25, especially after Hampton Inn charged us $90 the night before. We stayed one night with our pup and had a really good time. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the room was clean. Breakfast was a standard, just-OK continental spread.

Julie at the front desk deserves a special thank-you. A family member has hearing difficulties, so she arranged connecting rooms for us and was so kind. The hotel was very clean, with staff regularly cleaning the common areas as well as our rooms. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The location felt safe and was really convenient. We definitely plan to visit again!
