The food was poor apart from the potatoes. The juice machine put out a moldy, foggy substance every time I poured juice, and the gravy tasted like mop water. Everyone spit it out. Manager Dana was snappy, rude, and disrespectful to most customers. When I confronted her, she said she had to deal with customers all day. Most of us working people do too, and that’s no way for a manager to act. You represent your company. This place needs major changes in management and ethics.

The coffee was all gone when I headed out in the morning. I didn’t trust the cleanliness enough to eat breakfast, either. The sheets were dirty, though they did give me clean ones when I asked. There was obvious mold in the bathrooms, surfaces hadn’t been dusted for quite some time, basic surfaces hadn’t been wiped down, and the towels were stained. The front desk person was very strange. This wasn’t up to Hilton standards, and I’ll stay with another brand next time I’m in the area.

We’d been driving for hours and it was already so late that we didn’t leave, but the room was filthy. There was dirt packed into the bathroom corners, dust everywhere, disgusting toilets, and hair scattered around both the bathroom and room. Then in bed we found chocolate and an ice cream sandwich wrapper. Had they even changed the bedding? All I can say is disgusting.

Find a different hotel. The breakfast was okay and the bed was comfortable, though it looked gross. There was a 200 mg ibuprofen pill on the bathroom floor, which is completely unacceptable and terrifying with my 15-month-old. Housekeeping left something dangerous for a baby where they could reach it. The tub was moldy and gross, and the bedding looked nasty, like it had dried blood on it. The hallways smelled bad, though the lobby smelled better.
