Hampton Inn Batesville

The room was cozy and spacious, and the hotel was beautiful, quiet, and clean. Everyone on staff was welcoming and helpful. I have no complaints, and I’ve found my hotel for every future visit to Batesville.

The room and hotel were really clean, and I liked the place. At 8 at night there was coffee and hot water with hot chocolate packets and different teas. The elevator was always available, so there was no waiting. Keyless entry and app check-in were nice too.

The staff were extremely friendly, but the hotel was nothing like the online description. My man booked the handicap room so I could shower and enjoy it, which was nice, but the water didn’t drain properly. I had to use several towels to soak it up so I wouldn’t fall. Breakfast was gross, frozen food heated in a microwave.

I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m a Gold Hilton Honors member, and my first stay here was outstanding, from the easy check-in and checkout to a comfy bed after a long drive and tasty breakfast before hitting the road. Chelsea in housekeeping showed me where the ice machines were. When my big suitcase fell off the cart, Kenny in maintenance put it back. Shelia at check-in was so friendly and gave my pup a treat that the staff keep behind the desk. Stephanie was sweet and down to earth when we chatted at checkout. She told me that two of the three awards by the snacks were for excellence, and the third meant the hotel was in the top 3% of Hilton properties. Miss Dot had coffee out early and was friendly while we talked for a while.
