We've been living here for about six months and really love it. The apartments are spacious, the area feels secure, and the amenities are nice. It's peaceful and quiet, and we don't hear the neighbors. The property and units are showing their age, with some wear and tear, but the rent seems fair for that. When something needs attention, maintenance responds and usually gets it fixed fairly quickly.

So far, living here has been a great experience. It's clean, quiet, and well cared for, and the management team is friendly and quick to respond when I've needed help. It's been a wonderful place to call home.

This apartment has met my expectations so far. It's a lovely, clean building in a really good location, and management is attentive and easy to reach.

Xavier was incredibly helpful after I stepped in a negligent dog owner's unmentionables. He made sure I was okay for the day, and I'm so grateful. One of a kind!

The place is right in the heart of LA, around Miracle Mile, which feels like a great location. I love that it's not one of those 25+ story buildings with 500+ units. And the layouts are so distinctive and thoughtfully designed, unlike many small, inconvenient LA apartments. The units are spacious, and the bathrooms are gorgeous. I'm excited because my current lease is ending soon, and this community is exactly what we're looking for. I do wish parking were better, and that there were a dog park nearby. Ugh.
