The food at Dining Depot was the highlight. We sat at the bar and watched it being made; the oysters were freshly shucked and grilled just right, and I finished all the Cajun BBQ shrimp sauce and still wanted more. Maritime Coffee got our order wrong at first but fixed it quickly, though the quality was below average. We were on our way home to Dallas and stayed one night. Valet parking was free for guests, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, practical, and worth the reasonable rate. We didn't gamble, but liked that the general areas didn't smell of cigarettes like at many casino hotels. It's easy to get to from the highway. We'd stay at this Bally’s location again.

Jared and Reggie made valet feel effortless. I could request the car when I needed it, and even when things were busy they'd meet us with the door open, help with bags, and greet us like we were the only guests. They made a part of hotel stays that can be a hassle go smoothly, and I really appreciated their kindness. The renovated rooms have a homey AirBnB feel instead of that cookie cutter hotel look. It has NOLA charm and is just a quick ride from LSU.

Ms. Rhonda Perkins made the stay especially welcoming for our entire family. Whenever we needed something, she seemed to find just the right solution, and I appreciate the care, attention, and time she gave us. Mr. Daniel Hutchinson, in my opinion your establishment feels more inviting because of Ms. Perkins. She deserves recognition and a promotion, and perhaps she could teach others the art of effective customer service. Thank you for a superb experience and such warm, personal service.

It was an okay stay for the price, though some things could be better. Staff were generally pleasant, but not always helpful. We asked for extra towels and they never arrived; hours later we were told to come pick them up ourselves. The morning staff interaction wasn't as good as the rest. We tipped the valet well when we arrived, but he didn't open the door or help get our heavy bags out of the truck while we were struggling. Another staff member kindly brought a luggage cart and was extremely helpful.

I was traveling with my four-month-old son, and Mrs. Georgia and Kyile were so kind and patient with us. They went out of their way to help and make sure we were comfortable, and their professionalism made the visit a wonderful experience. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Their dedication deserves to be recognized, and I'll definitely return to Bally’s Baton Rouge Casino & Hotel. Please acknowledge their hard work and commitment to guests.
