The room I got after asking for a replacement was every bit as bad as the first. My shoes stuck to its floor, and there was some yellow powder in the bathtub. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare, with no live person to speak to, only a chat that says they’ll resolve it in 24-48 hours and refunds take 10-14 business days. I’ll update if that changes. I paid an extra $30 to stay across the street at Quality Inn. The first room smelled awful as soon as I walked in. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in ages, the walls were disgusting, and the bathroom door had a child’s artwork on it but no doorknob. There were burn holes in the blanket despite it supposedly being a non-smoking room, and the entry door didn’t close properly, with gaps around it. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER!!!

The deadbolt was broken, and with those hallways, that was not comforting. I was so afraid to touch anything that I stood while my boyfriend got a few hours of sleep, only sitting now and then on the dusty chair by the equally dusty desk. He’d driven for 24 hours without a break and was too tired to complain or go elsewhere. We couldn’t find another room, even though the area looked extremely dangerous and dirty, like a huge drug hotel. Inside were peeling walls, a dead bug on the bed, and cigarette-looking holes in the blanket. The fire alarm had been ripped from the ceiling, dust was everywhere, the shower rack dangled, and the towels looked dirty. The bathroom smelled revolting and had flies, rust, and a leaky shower. I couldn’t wait to leave. I wouldn’t come back if you paid me. DONT STAY HERE! I’d give zero stars if I could.

The beds were filthy, with cigarette burns in the sheets and blood at the foot of one of them. They didn’t mention there’d be no towels or shampoo, so I had to dry off with a bath mat and wash my hair with bar soap. I booked online, but the staff were barely understandable and charged my card a second time. They said they were lowering the price because the internet, microwave, and fridge didn’t work. Very, very, very disgusting.

I didn’t even set my bag down. The receptionist walked me to the room and opened the door, but when I asked for a key, he said it was broken and told me to shut the door and ask him to open it if I left. The place was deplorable and should be condemned. There was no smoke detector, just dangling cables, holes all over the room, and no light bulbs in the fixtures. The door was covered in satanic doodles, the TV had been stolen, though he acted shocked, and there were dead and live roaches. I refused the room, and he told me to call a number for a refund. I’ll be contacting plenty of people to complain about this run-down crack hotel. If you’re a junkie, this is your spot.
