I come back here whenever I’m returning from leave to visit family, and it’s always a great stay. The rooms cost a bit more, but I think they’re worth it: they’re immaculate and come with an apartment-size fridge, microwave, cupboard space, dishwasher, and sink. Staff can provide an electric cooktop, too. I especially like the cleaning crew. They give you plenty of time to check out and don’t knock or rush you.

The room is spacious and has lots of what you need for a week or longer. It’s a clean, welcoming place, and the staff have been kind and helpful. I’d stay here again if I’m working in the area.

Avoid this hotel if you’re bringing kids. During our October 2025 stay for a funeral, front desk agent “Karen” became aggressively rude less than an hour after check-in and threatened to call the police over an exaggerated noise complaint. We had three kids and lots of luggage for five days, so of course there was some noise while getting settled. The manager never called or spoke with me during our stay, and ignored my follow-up emails asking for information and an apology from “Karen”. I also overheard staff gossiping about what happened. The whole thing created a hostile environment and was especially upsetting given why we were there. It was the worst service I’ve had as a Hilton Honors member.

Check-in was quick and welcoming, and the room was roomy, clean, and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast had a good range of choices. There was a kitchen setup, common areas, and handy amenities, plus the pool and fitness center. It worked well for a short visit or a longer stay, and I’d definitely return.
