It's a good place to stay, and I'll keep coming back. The rooms are clean, there's a lot to like about the hotel, and the staff are friendly. I saw some reviews calling them rude, but maybe the way people ask for things can come across as rude too. Parking is limited, and the internet isn't dependable if you need a reliable connection. Cell reception inside is awful, though I think that's true across Bay City.

It was quiet enough to get proper rest, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was here on a business trip for a few days, and I'll stay here again when I'm back in the area.

The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was nice and clean, and the room was comfortable and clean too.

A real hidden gem. The service was spot on, and the rooms were beautiful and clean, with big TVs, new refrigerators, and microwaves. The bathroom was spacious, and the price was right. The continental breakfast was great too. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

You can hear everything, from street traffic to the neighbors. The bed squeaked and wasn't comfortable, and the curtain didn't close all the way, so light came through. If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star.
