The night of my daughter's Quinceañera went beautifully, and we'll remember it for a long time. The venue, staff, and service all exceeded what we expected. We were able to enjoy the celebration without stress because staff responded quickly and handled any questions or small problems professionally. The bartenders got lots of compliments, especially William. Guests kept praising him all night. It seemed like he remembered everyone's drink after the first round, which they really appreciated. Planning went smoothly from the start, thanks to the event coordinators keeping things on schedule and paying attention to details. Azurah Karal, the Event Sales Manager, was so kind and patient, kept in close touch, and listened carefully to what we wanted. That gave our family peace of mind as we prepared for such an important milestone. I'm grateful to the whole DoubleTree by Hilton team for helping make the celebration so special.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was a good size and nicely equipped, too. The restaurant on site was very good, and they gave us warm cookies when we arrived and free coffee in the morning. The hotel's right by the water, close to everything downtown in Bay City. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, which was a real plus. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area. Highly recommend it.

The restaurant was convenient and the food was pretty good. Be sure to try the brisket grill cheese. The pool is cute and gave me a resort feeling, and the hotel was clean with nice decor. We came for my cousin's wedding, and the whole staff was professional, kind, and timely. As a former hotel front desk manager and sales director, I can say this is how a hotel should be run. Jennifer leads an amazing team. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was polite, and their uniforms were clean and well kept. Jessica at reception helped us all weekend and was a gem. Cassie gave my one year old some bubbles that kept her busy during the reception. Cassie, you're amazing. Jennifer and her staff made the two hour drive worthwhile. We appreciate everything and hope you have a blessed New Year. We'll see you again in the summer. The Washington/Smith Family

We had a really good stay. The employees we met were kind and welcoming, and even when our large group gathered in the lobby a couple of times, nobody made us feel like a nuisance. Our room was clean and spacious, with a roomy bathroom and a lovely river view from the window. If you're in the area and need somewhere to stay, I'd recommend booking here.

This was my family's second time staying here, and we had a great visit. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room was clean and nice. There's a pool and a restaurant with a bar downstairs, plus free cookies. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely come back.
