Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bay City

The bed was soft and comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast had plenty to choose from: fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, and a breakfast English muffin sandwich. There were also bagels and English muffins for toasting, cereal, instant oatmeal, and milk. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Bay City.

I still haven't gotten my money back after trying since July 2025. I booked through Travigo, and the hotel charged my card twice while giving one credit, so I ended up paying twice for the room. I've gone to the hotel and sent several emails to the manager and even the corporate office, with no reply. I provided all the supporting documents, but nobody has tried to fix this. Really unprofessional. I guess the BBB is next. Be careful!

Spent one night here and had breakfast before checking out. The rooms were quiet, the staff were really friendly, and there was plenty of parking for cars and pickup trucks. Great hotel.

The breakfast had a lot to choose from: waffles with toppings like blueberry compote, spinach and cheese quiche, eggs with toppings, turkey sausage, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, bread, cereal, instant oatmeal, and yogurt. I only got to eat it once during my weeklong stay because it started after I had to leave for work, which was a shame. My room was super clean, and housekeeping clearly keeps the place in great shape. The front desk staff were always welcoming and friendly. This is probably the best-maintained hotel I've stayed at in a while, and I'd come back.
