The breakfast was basically just waffles, though they also served cereal, and people were often screaming, yelling, and fighting in their rooms early in the morning. The hotel was dirty throughout, with grimy floors and carpet, holes and writing on my room's walls, nails sticking out, and blood-stained sheets. Appliances were broken, toilet paper was often missing, and TV channels barely came through. Mr Ray, the manager, was the worst manager I've dealt with: rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, mean, and never smiling. The place needs to close or be renovated.

The rooms were neat and smelled pleasant. It was a wonderful, sophisticated stay, and I'll definitely come back.

For $89 a night, this run-down hotel was deplorable. There were cigarette burns and stains on the bedspread, and black mold in the bathroom. One of my worst hotel stays in a long time.

I was only there for under six hours and knew not to expect a top hotel, but the place honestly wasn't fit for a dog off the street. It smelled bad from hallway to elevator to room. The room hadn't been cleaned after use, the TV was broken, and customer service was unfriendly. Mold was all over, and a leaking roof dripped on my head while I used the toilet. The sink faucet was so loose I needed one hand to hold it up while turning it on with the other. At checkout I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes behind someone complaining to one of the rudest older men I've met. I wouldn't send rats there.
