The Bentley Inn

We spent a long weekend at The Bentley Inn and found it easy to get around from there. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away, and it was a convenient drive to Seaside Heights, Belmar, Point Pleasant, and Asbury Park. Each morning we enjoyed a tasty breakfast with lots of choices before heading out to explore. Our queen room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were great. The lobby is gorgeous, and the dining room has a really cute feel. We highly recommend staying here and hope to come back next year.

Annie was so kind and genuine, and made us feel welcome from the start. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! The rooms are small, as the website says, but this is a boutique hotel in a tiny town, and there’s plenty of shared space indoors and out. We had a lovely stay, and the beach was great. I also liked the little shop and picked up a few gifts. The sandwiches from the Market down the street were delicious. Can't wait to return!

We found the B & B comfortable and relaxing, and the whole place was kept pristine. Our room and bathroom were tiny, though we adjusted; the bed, bedding, and pillows were the best. The porch seating outside the rooms was a nice extra, and the staff were all pleasant and sociable. Tess did a wonderful job decorating the B & B. We booked two nights after Labor Day for a relaxing getaway and are looking forward to another visit.

A block from The Bentley Inn, we were in the sand, and two blocks the other way brought us to the harbor. We loved the location, and the staff made us feel like genuinely welcome guests. Everyone was personable, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good, with thoughtful little touches that made us want to take our time over it. Our third-floor double twin room was on the small side, but had a nostalgic feel, like a room from growing up. The beds were comfortable, and we slept peacefully. The Bentley is beautiful, with inviting rooms and atmosphere. It's one of those places that stays with you after the trip.
