We were in room 12 on a Tuesday, and could listen to music from the park across the street right from our balcony. The views were amazing. Check-in didn't go smoothly because the door code wouldn't work, but they fixed it quickly. The coffee pot was gross, with old grounds still inside, which was a big disappointment since we were looking forward to coffee on the balcony first thing in the morning. The room was otherwise fairly clean and a little dated. I'd still stay again.

The entry process for the room was easy, and the location was just right. It was quiet and the views were spectacular. Loved the place and will definitely stay here again!

The staff were great, and we had a really nice stay. Our room was clean and comfortable with a good view. It was convenient to be close to everything we needed, and exploring the little town was easy.

The fireplace made our winter night feel just right, and the room and jacuzzi were both clean. We loved having a private balcony over Lake Superior, too. Pier Plaza puts you right downtown, just a short walk from almost anywhere, and the service was incredible. We’d love to make this a regular stop.

Even with rain the whole time, we had a great stay. The bay and town looked lovely from our clean room, and we could walk to everything we wanted to do. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service.
