For someone like me, a business owner on the road 28 days a month, finding this place was a big deal. Paula makes it what it is. Whatever they pay the manager, Paula, it isn’t enough. She’s amazingly accommodating and even offered me dinner. Ever had a hotel manager on duty with the last name Patel offer you dinner? I hadn’t either. Happy Thanksgiving, Paula! It’s right off the highway, and the rooms are clean, updated, modern and nice, with a full kitchenette, full-size fridge, and amazing beds. I worried about posting this because it might get too busy and stop being my hidden gem. For twice the price I wouldn’t bat an eye, but please don’t raise the rates. It doesn’t pretend to be a Marriott, but it stands apart from similarly priced places and deserves its own category. Tree workers, linemen, and other crews should check it out instead of booking a Super 8 or Motel 6. Your crew won’t be disappointed. Don’t change a thing, it’s a great place.

I paid for five days, but they made me leave after three and won’t refund the remaining days. The woman was rude and unprofessional, then threatened that I wouldn’t get my money back even though I’d disputed the charge with my bank. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you pay in advance.

My husband and I travel all over the United States for work, and this is the best place in Baytown. The management is absolutely the best. We’ll be back very soon. Thanks again, Ms. Paula and staff.

We’ve stayed here around four times, usually for weeks or even months, and whenever we’re in the area this is our hotel, even if it’s just for one night. The manager is the friendliest and most accommodating I’ve met, and the service is amazing. The rooms are big and nice. Since it’s an extended-stay hotel, rooms are cleaned once a week unless you ask for something to be done.
