The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, hot water, and good shower pressure. I liked the non-carpet floor, which made it feel more hygienic. The motel exterior looks weathered and dated, and the basics are just that, with no fridge or microwave. I usually don't stay at Motel6, but sometimes need a night somewhere, and this one has dedicated truck and trailer parking beside the westbound I-10 frontage road, handy when traveling west. My Tuesday night rate was very affordable. There's a gas station and Waffle House next door, with a Chinese restaurant and McDonald's across the street. For a bare-bones budget stop, it delivers what you'd expect, solid 5 out of 5 in my opinion. As always, your mileage may vary.

Friendly, professional office staff made for a positive stay for me and STeLLa BeLLa kitty. The rooms were nice and clean, the place felt safe, and there's plenty of parking for cars and RVs. It's handy for I-10 and north-south travel, with lots of good food in walking distance and a 24/7 gas station nearby. They welcome pets, give discounts to seniors, vets, and extended-stay guests, and have smoke-free rooms. Monthly pest control means no bugs or problem critters. A pleasant temporary community. Enjoy and safe travels.

Only eight TV channels, and none were anything we wanted to watch. Apart from that, it was a great three-night stay at a reasonable price. The room was updated and very clean, the staff were all friendly, and the shower had good flow with plenty of hot water.

After I booked a room by phone, my card details were stolen and used for unauthorized purchases. The charges started shortly after my stay, and this was the only place where I'd recently used that card. I had to cancel it, dispute the charges, and deal with avoidable stress and hassle. I strongly caution others to be very careful when giving this hotel payment information.

The front desk person was angry and upset, with no greeting or even a word. Guests should be welcomed by someone smiling and friendly. They need a better person at the desk to greet customers.
