I was charged $100 more than everyone else, despite coming in under my company rate, and ended up with a horrible room. I was rushing to work in heavy rain when I checked in, so I didn’t inspect every inch of it. After work, when I came back to unpack, I found mold on the wall and ceiling, foil pans under the AC already holding water, hair everywhere, and missing handles on the so-called stovetop. I refused to sit in the room, so I waited in my car from 4:30 to 6:57 a.m., expecting the manager at 7. Then I was told the manager wasn’t coming in that day. The desk guy insisted on seeing the room. After looking at all the problems, he asked what was wrong and said it was a good room. I had to demand a refund before he’d give me the manager’s number. I’d even offered to move to another room if I could inspect it first, but they said no, despite four empty rooms next door. Once I finally reached management, they gave me a refund, although they charged me for one night. I’ll never stay at this location again or recommend it to anyone. Enjoy the pics 😉

Clean, cheap, and good customer service. I needed somewhere to crash while maintenance worked on my place, and it was nice and not busy. Good place for the price. I’ve noticed it wasn’t as clean as usual lately: dust on the walls and TV, hair on the sink and counter, and a carpet that looks like a pet ruined it. The carpet by the door is ripped. 🤷‍♀️

The cleaning ladies were very kind, but I didn’t feel comfortable with how the men at the front desk treated me. I’m 36, small, wearing a long layered dress and combat boots, and was really insulted when they initially asked my ex-boyfriend if we wanted an hourly room. I hadn’t even known about hourly rooms. Another time, while I was staying alone for the week, a man and woman opened my door around 6 p.m. before I could get dressed. I was only in my underwear, and I’m modest, so I wasn’t happy. Housekeeping had already come between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Then someone tried to get into my room three days in a row, which scared my cat and me a bit. My friend and his dad came for the last night of the week. The next day, they let my ex pay later in the evening, as they had the week before. I asked for a kitchenette room and wanted my friends to keep my current room because I felt safer knowing they were nearby. I was Cash Apped the money, and I paid $76 for my old room and $376 for a week in the kitchenette room. They said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and I politely agreed. At 11, they woke me up rudely and told me to move my things. The man acted like he knew nothing about the kitchenette and said my room without one was $350. He showed me a paper saying I’d paid for the week for the room my friend wanted to pay for another night. I put my things in my old room and called my ex, saying the man was playing stupid. He overheard and got mad, telling us to leave. I opened his door to explain that we had to go. They said if we cleared out the room, I could get the kitchenette and they’d give my friends another room. I’m not stupid. They almost got another $76 from me before I realized what was happening. There are no refunds here. I’m letting them keep the week’s payment because I’d rather stay in my storage unit than be treated this way. They got $452 and nearly another $76. They’ll swindle you. I was there as a woman with my cat. They have no business running this place.

The first week here was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend staying with a dog that isn’t fully potty trained. We stayed more than three weeks, paying $25 a day in pet deposits on top of the room rate, and got kicked out after the dog had an accident. The owner was upset because he said he’d have to pay someone $125 to clean the carpet. Wouldn’t the daily pet deposits, which added up to over $500, cover that and more? I won’t come back.
