The room stayed clean and was excellent quality, the pool and hot tub were fun for everyone, and the location across from DG was convenient. The people were really welcoming, and we'd stay again if some things were addressed. The AC kept resetting itself to 73 or 74, and the room never got below 70 all week. Waking up sweaty was annoying. More concerning were the fire alarms: they went off three times at different hours, and everyone had to use the stairs, including very elderly guests on the 11th floor. It was so loud that one of our kids was traumatized. After it happened repeatedly, people stopped paying attention. A real fire could have cost a lot of lives. They refunded us $100, which was a nice gesture and appreciated, but our child was still upset for the rest of the stay.

I've been coming here for a few years and it keeps being a great place to stay. The pool was closed this year because of hurricane Nicole, but the trip was still great.

The views are awesome, and both the rooms and the location are gorgeous. We're only on day one, but everything is super clean and it's already been a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10.

The condo owner did what he could to help us find parking and was very helpful, but management really needs to do better. We had passes for both of our vehicles and still struggled to find a space. Too many vehicles without passes were parked there, leaving those of us with passes without spots. It was a mess.

The apartment was clean, but the sheets on two of the three beds were stained and gross. We swapped them for clean ones from the linen closet, and I hope they get new sheets. My sister booked it for six of us for the first week of February 2025. Since we stayed a week, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom wasn't enough. I've never stayed anywhere that rationed toilet paper.
