Max Beach Resort

The resort’s design and architecture are top notch, and it’s a perfect spot to unwind right on the beach in Daytona. I loved the two rooftops for watching sunrise and sunset, plus the 12th-floor gym with its outstanding views. The playroom is full of games and makes you smile as soon as you walk in. Parking was plentiful, the heated pool and hot tub were great, and getting to the beach was easy and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and professional, always ready to help, even with a small thing like a squeaky door hinge.

Parking was pretty expensive, but I had a great stay in this hotel apartment. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful, and available whenever I needed them. The gym’s incredible view made working out more enjoyable, and the apartment had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer. I also loved relaxing on the balcony with its sea view. Billiards and table football gave us fun things to do, too.

We come back to max beach resort every New Year and really enjoy it. The rooms are large, the views are great, and the beach access is good. We like having a kitchen and being close to Publix. The game room and workout room are nice, and while the pool is small, the hot tub is nice. The on-site restaurant isn’t for us, so we get drinks off-site and bring them back to the room. Each room can provide a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, and guests are expected to wash their towels and dishes during the stay. Parking is limited to one car per room reservation. It works well for self-sufficient families who like the beach.

The rooms are spacious, the views are great, and the staff are kind and helpful. This is by far the nicest place in the area. It’s only 3-4 years old, so the design feels more up to date. I’d like to see more useful things in the kitchen, shelves in the closets, and a more comfortable couch. Still, I’m glad we found a place right on the beach with such a great view.
