The breakfast was decent, and two of the female employees were kind and helpful, but those were small bright spots in an otherwise poor stay. The hotel wouldn't give me a receipt, and room service never came. When we complained, the email address we were given for the owner turned out to be invalid, so there was no real way to escalate things. The pool was another frustration. One employee said for the first two days that it was closed, then another told us on day three that wasn't true, so we'd been misinformed. The pool itself was green, with bugs floating in it, and there were visible piles of dirt in the corners of the pool room. The room and common areas smelled strongly of mold, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The washer and dryer didn't work properly. I ran my clothes through the dryer three times and they were still wet. The vending machine took my money, and staff made it difficult to get a refund. I was also owed $1 in change and was told they simply didn't have it. I would strongly suggest staying elsewhere.

Both rooms smelled bad enough that we had to buy spray to cover it up. Breakfast was decent, at least. Check-in took around 45 minutes even though we'd booked the rooms five days earlier. The system was down and they couldn't make key cards, and the front counter was very slow.

The hotel was dirty and smelled bad, and I found bed bugs after being bitten. At first I thought the sheets weren't clean and hoped someone would help. But when I went to the front desk, the Indian guy told me to change the sheets myself. I found the bugs while changing them. I have photos and video as evidence and asked for a refund, but nobody has responded yet. I've waited too long. If you see this review, please give me my refund.

The sheets and towels were clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room was a nice size, and the AC worked really well. The pool being open was a big plus, and the standard hot breakfast got the job done, even if liquid eggs aren't my favorite. Staff seemed low energy and weren't especially friendly, but not enough to stop me staying again. The front desk felt a little sticky, and I found a few long hairs in the bathroom. The grout could use a scrub, and the bathroom needs some touch-ups, with bubbles in the ceiling paint and trim pulling away from the mirror. Nothing major. I'm satisfied, and with just a little more TLC this could be a great hotel.
