It was easy to find while traveling, and the room was very comfortable, including the pillows. I got soft, fresh towels every day. Best of all, it was very quiet at night.

Our room was dirty, the lamps didn't work, and the floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed. The pillows were comfortable, at least. We paid online before arriving, but then were told at the hotel that the payment wasn't there and we'd have to pay again. I had the confirmation numbers, texts, and phone receipts. It took another 30 minutes of trying to understand the person on the computer screen before they found our reservation. There was also an extra charge to stay at the hotel. I'm upset enough to write to the owners. Don't stay here.

We had a terrible stay. I called to confirm the pool was open before booking, but it was closed when we arrived. The grass was covered with garbage and cigarette butts, stray cats wandered around, and cat food had been thrown on the sidewalks and grass. There was mold in the bathroom, and we had to get cleaning supplies to deal with sticky surfaces and floors. We stayed four days, but room service never brought clean towels. There was no front desk person, just remote check-in with someone in another country, so none of my concerns or complaints could be addressed.

I drove 11 hours and arrived late in the evening, with nowhere else to go, and this was completely unacceptable. I paid for three nights, but when we got to the room, there was a chlorine smell. We looked closer and found signs of a bed bug infestation, including a live baby bug on a pillow. I contacted the virtual agent right away. They tried to reach the manager but couldn't get through, and said they weren't authorized to issue a refund without the unavailable manager. I was then told a refund would be issued in the morning. They offered another room in the same building, but I refused because I thought the same problem was probably in all the rooms. No one was managing the property, and a virtual agent handled check-in. The customer service was the worst. Do not stay at this location.
