Kevin made excellent breakfasts on both mornings and was a great, informative host. We stayed in the yellow room, which was comfortable, in a beautiful house with lots of character. We liked rocking on the big front porch and looking out at the water. Restaurants and scenery were a short walk away. Beaufort is such a beautiful town, and we had a great time.

Breakfast meant good food and even better conversation with Kevin, who’s thoughtful, experienced, and laid back. The location made it easy to walk down Bay St. for dinner and enjoy the breeze, Spanish Moss, and Beaufort’s charm. A lovely spot for the full Beaufort experience. Make the most of this gem of a B&B.

Kevin was a great host. We stayed in the yellow room on both visits, first for one night on the way to Florida and then again a week later, heading home to NC. It was very comfortable. Historic Beaufort was an easy walk, and we enjoyed the scenery and dinner downtown. Breakfast was absolutely delicious both mornings.

Kevin, the owner, was kind and helpful, and made a fabulous breakfast. The room was comfortable and well heated, and the room with bath met all our needs for the one night we stayed. The house is an old Victorian from the 1800s and could use some TLC. Things need repair. North Street is a good option when traveling to Beaufort, SC.

We barely used our car once we arrived. Bay Street Waterfront is very close, with a nice boardwalk and lots of shops, and we could walk to restaurants and museums, then head back out for dinner at night. The room was bright and airy, with four beautiful windows. It was very clean and comfortable, with individually controlled air conditioning, a ceiling fan, digital TV, and good Wi-Fi. There’s a good selection of books on Beauford, too. The breakfasts were unbelievably delicious. Kevin is a wonderful host and chef, and we enjoyed hearing about his history and home. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Beaufort.
