Baymont by Wyndham Beaumont

Shantel and her coworker made a stressful day much easier. My baby boy pet had fallen ill, and I was told he wouldn't make the trip to our new home. I was devastated, but they were so helpful and welcoming that they turned my day around. Shantel had my room ready when she saw me, since I'd uploaded my ID to the booking. My husband asked for a room away from the freeway, and they worked through a computer glitch to move us to the back side. They were professional and efficient. The hotel was busy, but stayed quiet, and our room was clean. The scent was so strong that even my water bottle and its water smelled and tasted like it, so I'd suggest using less. I know people are very particular about cleanliness after the plandemic, so maybe most guests don't complain about it. We had a full-size fridge and a two-burner stove with stainless steel and glass pots, an unexpected luxury. We haven't found another hotel with those amenities at such a great price. The place was lovely, and we had such a good stay that we booked another Baymont Wyndham in Midway/Tallahassee. That was the worst experience of our lives, but I don't want to bring that location's negativity into this review. Thanks to Shantel and her coworker, whose name I couldn't read because she was leaving with her jacket on. Highly recommend this location!

The staff were the real highlight, everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was really tasty, too. Our room was well appointed, with a kitchenette, and the bathroom was pretty nice. The Wi-Fi and TVs were acceptable.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy, and breakfast was good. The young woman on the night shift had everything ready for us when we checked in, and was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When I'm in Beaumont, this is the place I'd choose every time.

Kira (spelling) checked us in on the night shift, and Jelis made me feel welcome in the lobby on Sunday. The staff were amazing. We had slow Wi-Fi and no internet at times, which I put down to the snowstorms. The room was very clean, and breakfast was amazing. On an exceptionally cold day, they kept coffee and tea available for everyone, and let me work in the lobby for a couple of hours so my husband could watch TV. They also moved us straight to a downstairs room and welcomed our senior dog. I'd stay here again.
