Days Inn by Wyndham Beaumont West I-10 Walden

I was really pleased with our stay and would come back if I'm in the area again. Breakfast was good, with pancakes, eggs, crispy bacon, potatoes, and a nice coffee brewer that makes cappuccino. I did online pre-check-in, so picking up the room key was all I had to do when I arrived. Our room was spacious and clean, with a full fridge and all the amenities we needed. The smart TV had all the apps, so we could log in and watch TV as usual. The only thing I think they should look into is the AC leaking from the room above through the light. It woke us around 5am, and the carpet got wet from the dripping. I don't know if ours was dripping down too, but it didn't take away from our stay.

The hot breakfast was delicious, and it was lovely to have it right there at the hotel. Paula gave us a warm, friendly welcome, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the shower was hot. Our first visit was easy, comfortable, and convenient. We'd definitely stay again.

The location worked perfectly for seeing the attractions I wanted, and it was still peaceful and quiet enough for a good night's sleep. When I arrived at night, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, and check-in went smoothly. My room was clean, well designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I had a wonderful stay; everything was truly exceptional.

Both charges appeared on my credit card statement, but the owner kept saying the first payment had been declined. I disputed one charge with the credit card company, and the owner told them I had stayed two nights, even though I stayed only one, so I didn't get the second charge refunded. At check-in late at night, they said my card hadn't processed the first time. I just wanted to get to my room and sleep, so I didn't think much of it and assumed it wouldn't be an issue. They ran my card twice and charged me double for one night. Beware of this place.
