I've rented here for four years and have always paid perfectly. During that time I had to go into home hospice care, and the room I stayed in has mold and mildew that still haven't been fixed. I can't walk and need oxygen, and the hospice and Health Dept. are very upset that Merit inn wants me out by Febuary 1st, when I can't find a house to rent. The new managers are making my life harder than I can handle. No other manager here had a problem with me. I'm 70 and need to speak with the owner before I speak with my attorney. This feels unreal and disrespectful while I'm in home hospice, suffering enough already.

The price is reasonable for the room, and the surroundings are nice. I found it very pleasant to stay here, and there were no homeless people around the property. The front desk lady was very helpful.

There wasn't much traffic around the motel, and it was very quiet. The rooms are quite old, but they're okay for what you pay per night. Unlike some motels, there wasn't a lot of traffic through the rooms or people hanging around outside on the property. The residential customers were friendly too.

The rooms are small, but a lot of them have been redone and look very nice. The ladies in the office were super kind. I’d definitely go there again.

The parking lot was well lit, so I could see clearly when I took my dog out at night. The owners were kind and considerate of him, and the room was very clean with properly hot water. I asked not to have the room cleaned, but staff still made sure I had enough towels for each night. I travel a lot for work and have stayed in plenty of hotels. This was one of the more pleasant ones, and I'd happily come back.
