Ms. Nisha is what made my stay special. She’s professional, sweet, and cheerful, and her warm smile and positive energy made me feel right at home. She clearly takes pride in her work and goes out of her way to be kind. Sonesta is lucky to have her on the team. The hotel was peaceful, clean, comfortable, and well kept from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful stay at Sonesta in Beaumont, TX, and will definitely be back. I hope other guests get to experience Ms. Nisha’s lovely spirit, too.

The hotel has been renovated and is clean, with daily cleaning. Nisha at the front desk was especially nice and friendly. When I asked about my payment, she answered right away. She’s a gold star employee, and I’ve stayed at other hotels where guests aren’t treated the way they are here.

The breakfast was awful, with barely anything to eat, and I’d have been better off eating out. It was noisy, too. I kept hearing sounds like someone was about to break into my room, and they woke me up repeatedly. Customer service was okay, but could have been better. I’ve never had a stay like this. I’m leaving four days early because I can’t take it anymore, and I can’t get my money back. That’s ridiculous. You need to do better for customers, especially with what we pay.

The rooms are more than decent, and the people here are good with a great vibe. I really enjoyed my extended stay. The staff are great, especially Nisseem, and manager Trish is amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate my request.

Misha at the front desk was so helpful. Whenever she didn’t know an answer, she found it quickly. The rooms are roomy and clean, too. 10 out of 5, and I’d definitely stay again.
