The room numbered 114 supposedly hasn't been open or exited since 2010. There was a standoff involving pest control, and the room was described as a conical jail wedding room, though that part is unclear. The review also mentions a long-term rodent issue and a smell of dead rodents. It claims the room's corners, office, and janitor area were rotten, with a moldy mop bucket and mop water. It calls for the fire marshal to inspect the property.

I've lived here for a year and a half. It's really quiet and ideal, the amenities are always clean, and the neighborhood is really nice. The location is perfect too.
2/10
The condo complex isn't maintained well overall. There are leaves and garbage scattered around, and some of the lights are burned out.
