I’m on the road for work a lot and keep coming back here. Asaunti, Seth, Garrett, and everyone else are great. They greet me with a smile and do their best to get me the room I like. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The service was excellent, and the rooms seemed clean otherwise. We booked online because this hotel was right where we needed to stop for the night. Our group needed two rooms, though, and between them we had to get rid of at least ten stinkbugs. That was pretty unsettling.

Everyone was courteous and helpful, and the rooms were in really nice shape. I had a great stay. The only snag was breakfast for those of us leaving before it started. I just wanted a muffin and juice in the mornings, but only once was anything set out. A kind man helped me get some from the fridge on the first day because he hadn’t been told about us by the second shift. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

This trip was a waste of time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend the 9-day Diamond Tours trip from TN to South Dakota because of the places they put us in. Other people on our tour had the same problems. There was mold in our first room, and the only other room available had lots of stinkbugs. My husband guessed there were about 50. It was awful.

I found two stink bugs in the room after being moved because the shower in my first room had mold. The replacement room had mold in the shower too. Comfort Inn Edwardsville deserves about half a star, if that.
