We loved being able to get around Beaver Creek Village on foot. The restaurants were only a couple of minutes away, and we never needed a car during our stay. The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort is beautiful and so close to the ski lift. Breakfast service was excellent each morning, and the room cleaning staff kept us well supplied with bottled water and ice water in the lobby. We'd happily pick this hotel again for our next ski trip.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and everyone on staff seemed attentive and happy to be there. With young kids, the ski valet made getting to our gear especially easy. It was just right for a family ski trip.

The team was welcoming and helpful throughout, and the resort's location is hard to beat. A couple of things fell short for a premier property: I would've liked more food options, and the rooms could use updating. I was also billed for valet despite having no vehicle, but customer service removed the charge promptly after I called. It was a solid stay, though at this price I expected a little more.

For couples looking for a luxurious celebration in the heart of Beaver Creek, the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek has beautiful settings in every season, from the village architecture and scenery to the ceremony lawn and terrace, which work especially well for intimate portraits. The staff are warm, attentive, and organized, helping the day run smoothly for couples and vendors. As wedding photographers and filmmakers, we feel confident recommending it for a refined mountain wedding.

Our kids came down with Flu B, but the Hyatt wouldn't let us change the dates for our booked night and wanted $750 to cancel. The employee we spoke with made it sound like they were fine with sick guests coming up and exposing everyone instead of modifying the reservation. Very responsible of them. I'd recommend the Vail Hyatt, which has always been willing to work with us. Sarah, I'm not sure how to get in touch with you.
