The third-floor units are best. They have two levels, with a large master bedroom and king bedroom upstairs, and some also have a small third bedroom. There’s a nice kitchen, dining and living area, and a deck. Many units have a gas grill outside, and there’s a new, large hot tub. Ski-in, ski-out access is easy, just make sure it’s open and you already have your ticket. Units are individually owned, and some are platinum rated while others are tired.

Getting to the village means passing one complex, Oxford House, but the walk isn't too bad. You can skip walking in ski boots since the place has ski-in/ski-out access. The lockers are on the ground floor, which makes getting out to ski easy. Parking is covered but open, and there aren't many spaces. The hot tub could be larger.
For unit 107: the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we barely heard the neighbors. It's about a five-minute walk to Beaver Creek Village along a snowy path, and you can ski back to the condo from a run near Strawberry Lift. The first-floor lockers are simple to reach and use. The hot tub looked busy, though we never tried it. Highly recommended. The master bedroom blinds let in a lot of light, so sleeping in or taking a nap is tough. We didn't use the fireplace, but twice we came back to smoke around the condo. The check-in guide mentions smoke inversion, and I hadn't realized it could happen even without us lighting a fire. The shared space between the condos probably would've been nice to sit in, but with covid everyone stayed in their rooms.
The place was super clean and a terrific property. Getting to the village is an easy stroll, and you can ski down to Elkhorn lift to start the day. At the end, if you keep your speed under control, you can ski right up to the door.
The ski-in/ski-out access made our stay a joy, and Unit Number A307 worked perfectly for our family of five. The owner was more than gracious throughout. I highly recommend Townsend Place Building A unit 307.
