Comfort Inn & Suites Beaver Dam

The staff member with glasses got confrontational right away when my sister and I walked in, even though we tried to be respectful. When we finally matched her attitude, she told us to lose the attitude. She then refused to let us stay because a minor was sharing a room with her sister, saying there was no proof we were sisters. I told her my dad was coming, and she challenged that too, asking how she could know he was my dad. She refunded us and threw the paper at us. We were respectful until she kept getting more aggressive. Never stay here. That woman needs to be fired.

For the price, the room wasn't bad and it was really clean. They also allow service dogs. The FX channel was awful, though. The picture kept dragging, and the dialogue would suddenly speed up before lagging again.

We arrived for work through CLC, and the “owner” accused me of arguing with him while we were discussing the crew fax they send to confirm a reservation. He said, “how bout I don’t let you and your partner stay here”. He refused to let us stay, which threw off our workday. The service was horrible.

I was in the area for business back in March and picked this hotel over the Holiday Inn Express because of the price. The property was exceptionally clean, and Megan at the front desk was awesome and helpful. David processed my check and was very sweet. Breakfast is free, so don't expect too much, but I had an amazing stay.
