I spent 11 nights at Tru by Hilton Beavercreek and had a great stay. Agnes at the front desk deserves a shout-out. She was friendly and easy to approach, just what good hospitality should feel like. The staff were professional throughout, and my room stayed clean the whole time. I was greeted warmly when I came in and wished a good day on my way to work, which made the place feel welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and reliably the same, which helped me keep up a healthy routine. I used the gym often, and the machines all worked, the weights were clean, and the space was great for everyday workouts. I’d highly recommend this location.

The whole family had an awesome six-day stay. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has excellent amenities, including a fun, comfortable lounge, a gym, and games. Agnes, Jesus, and Jim were especially polite, friendly, courteous, and helpful. All the crew were wonderful and helped make the experience exceptional. I’d definitely recommend TRU HILTON BEAVERTON, OHIO!

Agnes made our family feel welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. She was warm, attentive, and professional, and made sure the details were handled. Her patience and willingness to help made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. She clearly takes pride in her work, and her kindness made our visit more memorable. We appreciate everything she did, and the hotel is fortunate to have her. We highly recommend the hotel and hope to see Agnes again next time.

Agnes was a real highlight of my visit. She was friendly, professional, and ready to help, with great attention to detail.
