Ac Hotel Portland Beaverton

Phouc took care of our room, and she was wonderful. She was professional, kind, and we really enjoyed her service. Nearly everyone we came across greeted and acknowledged us, apart from one person at the front desk. The hotel itself was very nice and clean, and the customer service was the best. I’d definitely stay here again for a pleasant visit.

One morning during this visit, we didn’t have hot water. I told the front desk that evening, and they said it had been fixed. The next day, the GM sent a kind apology note and offered a generous goodwill gesture. I’ve stayed at the AC in Beaverton several times and have never been disappointed. It’s a beautiful, new-feeling hotel, with a comfortable lobby, a great bar, and well-designed rooms. I also like the lavender sachels in the lobby and the water and ice water bottle refill stations on every floor. The front desk is welcoming and helpful, and the bartenders are friendly.

Demetrius made a great first impression and was so kind and helpful throughout. For a last-minute booking, the stay turned out better than we expected, and we’re grateful for the time there. The little touches were lovely too, especially the honey for morning coffee served in real cups, plus the lavender scoop/bags and shower scents. Thanks to everyone!

Mark at Market Choice was amazing, such a genuine person, and happy hour there was a real treat. The place is right across the way, with a great wine and liquor selection and a bar. It might seem like an unexpected stop, but the service was outstanding. Back at the hotel, Laidlaw at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and Angel greeted me with such a kind smile and a lovely energy. She’s patient, sweet, and attentive, never rushed. You can feel the aloha spirit in how she treats people. I was also blown away that they remembered me from six months earlier. The hotel feels brand new, is impeccably clean, and has a thoughtful design and outstanding customer service. The nightly lavender sachets across from the elevator and the shower steamers in the morning are nice touches. Highly recommend it.
