The room looked clean.

We had a few minor issues, but the desk staff sorted them out quickly. The breakfast was very basic and left something to be desired. The property is brand new, easy to reach from the highway, and very clean and comfortable. I’d stay again.

My first stay at a Spark brand hotel was mostly good. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. It can get a bit noisy from doors shutting and the nearby main road, but for the price it was a decent experience.

The housekeepers did a great job, and management was kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful place. I’d recommend it to anyone coming through Beckley wv who needs a nice motel.

The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was a light start to the day, though the bagged bagels and fruit seemed pretty weird. The rooms had fresh paint, new IKEA-style furniture, and a new shower. They were clean, and the beds were comfortable enough. No complaints for what you pay, but the walls and doors are thin, so you can hear neighbors and people in the hall.
