10/10
From the time we arrived, the staff seemed prepared and professional, and the bed was comfortable, with excellent linens. More than that, the team showed an understanding of service-oriented leadership. A hotel that combines world-class service with a real sense of community is hard to find, but after staying here I can say this place gets it done.
2/10
The room felt like a tomb, cold and dark with very poor lighting. The shower dripped, and I could hear the neighbor flush. Breakfast was bad and expensive, with no free buffet, and the coffee was awful. Parking cost $30, and the lot didn’t seem secured.
10/10
The hotel was clean and well maintained. They’re renovating the restaurant right now. The pool room was dim, while the exercise room next door was well lit and clean.
8/10
Hilton garden inn has an amazing pool and staff, and there are other hotels nearby. The location right next to Midway airport is great. Too bad there’s no free breakfast. Still, my family and I will be back! 🙏

I’ve stayed here several times, and the restaurant food is excellent. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Gabriel and his chef did an outstanding job. Thank you!
