Breakers by the Sea

Paula made the weekend for us. She was welcoming, kind, and clearly worked hard to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The motel room was very clean, and both the location and ocean view were just right. We had a fantastic weekend at Hampton Beach and a wonderful experience. Thank you, Paula!

I only booked one day at Breakers By the Sea, but enjoyed it so much that I asked to stay another, and there was no issue. The weekend weather was perfect, so I made another reservation and am heading back to my happy place. Prices are very reasonable, and I highly recommend it. I like being near the beach but away from the crowds and boardwalk, and this spot was perfect. I could cross the street and be on the sand. I spent the days there, watching surfers before sundown, and even ordered food from Walmart so I could cook rather than eat out. Dinner was fish, vegetables, and pasta, with chocolate pudding and fresh blueberries for dessert. I arrived before check-in and could park there; my room was ready early, too, so they let me settle in. Everyone on staff was helpful. The room felt more like a studio apartment, with a full kitchen, stove and oven, and refrigerator, plus a second-floor deck view. The property was very clean. I loved Hampton Beach.

Michelle was so kind and accommodating to us. My husband and I had a wonderful three-day anniversary stay, with a gorgeous view. Thanks again!

The kitchenette and peaceful spot away from the crowds are real pluses, and the motel is in a good location. Staff were very friendly, and after-hours check-in was easy. Still, the room was disappointing. There were odd stains on the walls, including right beside the bed. The pillowcase, sheets, and comforter also had marks, some that looked like food. Seeing stains on the flat sheet when we turned the bed down was unsettling, so we didn’t sleep under the covers. There was urine in the toilet when we arrived, too. With some care, fresh paint, and maybe a new mattress, this place could be much better. I’d like to give it another try when we come for the seafood festival.
