The surprise 80th birthday we held at The Grand was a success, with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. We've hosted several events at the Bedford Village Inn over the years, and this was our most recent one. Service was wonderful from planning through the end. Olivia patiently handled our questions, requests, and changes. On the day, Molly and the team were friendly and helpful, and Molly had clearly reviewed the event order and timeline so everything went as requested. Thanks for making the celebration special!

We came to the inn to celebrate my 80th birthday, but the furniture left us disappointed. The two chairs were comfortable, yet their arms were worn and threadbare, which made us question how clean the bed might be. We decided not to continue our planned three-night stay. We travel a lot, and it was disappointing to have a special trip turn out this way.

After a week of fall foliage travel farther north, this was a lovely place to rest on the way home. It may not be a Ritz Carlton, but it comes close, and has a more intimate feel if that's what you're after. The quality and service were exceptional. I really can't say enough about how good it feels here.

The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The place was very nice, though they didn't provide bags for dirty laundry, and it wasn't clear whether breakfast was included or what the options were.

I came for a Celebration of Life. The food was good, and the small bar was very accommodating. Everyone was professional, friendly, and the place was very nice. I'd recommend it for a romantic couples' experience, though I don't know what attractions there are to see.
