The manager was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was neat, the place was clean, and the price was a bargain. The towels could be better. That jalousie window door glass took me back to the Americana Motor Inns I remember from when I was younger. Thanks for being so friendly.

My friend had been staying there for a week without fresh sheets or towels, so we went to the office to ask for some. The man told us to bring down whatever needed replacing. Once we'd carried it all downstairs, a woman came out, said they would clean tomorrow, and spoke to us like we were children. She looked angry, shook out the sheets and blankets, and said they weren't even dirty. Her tone was rude and unprofessional. The hotel is dated and dirty. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt I had to after this.

The mountain view and the way we were treated made this place worth every penny. Ramesh and Maulik gave excellent customer service, and I slept great in the super-comfy bed. The room was quaint and comfortable, with no bugs. I loved staying here and will definitely come back. Thanks for making my first trip to PA amazing!

We were out of there within 15 minutes. About 10 minutes after checking in, we found signs of bed bugs and showed the evidence when asking for a refund. They gave us only half back, and the owner was rude and belligerent about that inadequate amount. The low price isn't worth the risk when there are other places to stay. Avoid it if you can.

There was a marijuana smell, and I found a bug in my bed. I was only there for 10 minutes, but they wouldn't return all my money and kept $20 as a cleaning fee. When I showed them the bug, they said it was no big deal because the hotel was full. They were rude about it. Don't stay here if you want to avoid bed bugs.
