The staff made everything easy for our wedding weekend, even with a VERY large guest party. Jose Galan was especially great to work with while getting arrangements set up for everyone. Our guests had a blast at the pool and rooftop bar, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The bridal suite was beautiful, too. Sonesta Bee Cave was a wonderful place for us and our guests, and I highly recommend it.

The parking garage is a little tight, though there was plenty of parking even with our large group. The whole place felt quiet and safe, and it was super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful during our work conference and banquet. We’ve had a great experience here two years in a row.

Ben checked me in with contagiousss positive energy. He was friendly, nice, and explained everything I needed to know about my stay. When housekeeping requests weren’t getting done, he called my room, followed up, and got them handled quickly. Then he called again to make sure I’d received what I asked for. That made me feel appreciated. Great customer service and a great stay!

The rooms are big, the shower is spacious, and the gym worked well for cardio. It’s close enough to several stores, too. The front desk guy could’ve been more welcoming, maybe he was tired, but otherwise I had a great weekend stay. After checkout, I was charged $56.50 separately as a “destination charge” that was supposed to be part of the total. I called the front desk, and they were nice enough to refund it. Awesome customer service. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back.

It feels upscale and is really convenient for shopping and dining. I felt secure because you need your room key to go above the first floor. The coffee shop even made hot chocolate for me though it isn’t on the menu. What service! I’ll be back.
