The front desk employee was awesome. One night, she and the bartender were dancing to the music in their respective areas, which really lifted the atmosphere. Service was phenomenal the whole time, and this is definitely on my list for future business trips to the area.

I don’t often give hotels five stars, but this one was nice. The location was great, the rooms were super clean with no visible flaws, and setting up the WiFi was easy, which matters when I’m there for both work and fun. I had a silly problem opening the microwave after heating food, but the front desk manager came up quickly to help me sort it out. Having a microwave in the room probably bumped this from four stars to five.

I went to my best friend’s 65th birthday and retirement party last weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bel Air, Maryland, and had a fantastic time. Britney and Cheryl were especially wonderful, friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the event. The accommodations were great, and the staff went above and beyond to make the celebration special. Great facilities and amazing service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll be back for future events.

My wife Karen celebrated her 65th birthday with a 1970’s-themed party in the ballroom, and the accommodations were amazing. The hotel was completely full, but Cheryl at the front desk made everyone feel at home and was quick with directions and information. Brittany was working the bar alone, serving our party of 100 as well as a large wedding party, and handled it like a seasoned pro. She never missed a beat and kept smiling. We’ll definitely be back!

I DJ’d a 65th birthday party with a 70s theme here. The hotel was really nice, and the service was professional. Brittany, the bartender, put in a lot of effort to make sure everyone was taken care of. Thanks as well to Cheryl at the front desk, and to the hotel chef for the good food. I’ll be back to stay again. 👍👍👍👍
