The hotel is new and really nice, with a lovely lobby, and being right by the airport is super cool. We’re coming back in two weeks for a softball tournament. Breakfast was great, with real plates and glass cups, plus the standard eggs, sausage, and yogurt. The rooftop restaurant is worth trying for the food and the nice sunset views over the airport. There was pellet ice in the machine, great in a drink, though not so useful for a cooler. The machines aren’t on every floor, so ask if there’s one on yours. The staff really helped when we had trouble with the digital and physical keys, which kept erasing. We first tried the digital key, but it didn’t turn on the room lights. Checking in late at night, I had to leave my family and run back downstairs for a physical key, so what’s the point of the digital one? The room was hot because the AC hadn’t been left on. It only goes down to 70 degrees, and the controls are locked so you can’t set it lower. That’s ridiculous. The pool area had no umbrellas or shade, and there weren’t any towels until we got the last two. Some people were huddled in corners against the building. Overall, there are some frustrating things to know about.

The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, and the rooms were clean and well cared for. From arrival on, everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Watching planes take off and land while having a drink and a bite on the rooftop was such a relaxing, unusual treat. That view of the runway really sets this place apart. My stay at Hyatt Place Melbourne was fantastic. The spotless, well-kept room had an extremely comfortable bed, and I slept great every night. Staff were friendly and attentive, which made everything easy and welcoming. Highly recommend it, and I’ll be back.

The rooftop is the standout, with a spectacular view of planes taking off and landing on the runway. It makes the hotel feel unique. The pool area is also a great place to relax. Our experience was incredible from beginning to end. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive the whole time. The modern, stylish rooms felt fresh, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful design throughout.

The runway and city view was beautiful, and you could watch planes land all day and night. My room was open and spacious, with a king bed, large windows, and pillows I loved. It also had a fridge with a bar area, a safe, and an iron and board. The bathroom was large, with a big mirror and an accessible shower. Soap for hands and body, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. I visited Hyatt Place near Melbourne Airport on 9/7/25 for a business meeting. The hotel was clean, well kept, and professional, and the front desk gave helpful information to make the stay welcoming. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant was delicious and conveniently right in the hotel. I’ll definitely come back to stay or eat at Hyatt Place Hotel/Runway Rooftop Bar and Grill in Melbourne FL!
