Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Demaris even brought dryer sheets from her own car when the hotel had run out, which meant a lot to us. Mark, who was at the front desk during breakfast, was kind and welcoming too. The hotel was sparkling clean and smelled fresh, with a spacious, immaculate room. I really can’t say enough good things and plan to stay at Home2 Suites whenever we travel. It’s a 10/10, with nothing negative to report. If I had to nitpick, the water wasn’t quite as hot as I like, but the pressure was great, so that’s hardly a complaint.

We travel with small pets, so it’s great that this hotel is pet friendly. The rooms are super clean and the beds comfortable, and it usually has exactly what we need. As a Hilton Honors member, I stay at Hilton hotels pretty often, and this is a good location for visiting our college student. The TV in our room was terrible this visit, with faded color and an awful picture.

We used to stay at Home 2 Suites all over the country, but I wouldn’t stay there again. We were looking at the Albuquerque Home 2 Suites, but no king rooms were available. As I was closing the website, I accidentally booked a room. I noticed the mistake and the extra $92 in taxes and fees right away, then tried to cancel. They canceled the reservation but refused to refund the room charge. I was charged $277 for a room we never stayed in, and they won’t return my money. I’m beyond frustrated.

The staff were very nice, and we enjoyed staying at Home2. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good except for the spicy chicken. The sliding bathroom door dragged, and the bed squeaked on the side by the sitting area.

After striking out at three other hotels that night because of pet rules we couldn’t follow, dirty rooms, or strange smells, this place was a lifesaver. The location may not be the best from a safety standpoint. The front desk urged us to empty the car completely because of theft risk. Still, walking the dog the next morning felt safe, and there was a nice sidewalk. Our room was quiet, clean, and spacious. It’s an older Home2, with some visible wear, but the stay was typical for Home2 overall, and I’d come back.
